Taste the Nation Chicago
08 Aug, 2012
Tonight the the city’s hottest chefs, mixologists and sommeliers will join together under one roof, united around the same cause – the fight to end childhood hunger. At this year’s Taste of the Nation® Chicago, more than 1,500 guests will have the opportunity to taste and try the best of the Windy City’s food and spirits, all while brushing shoulders with the masters who make them. More importantly, Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation provides an opportunity for people to help raise critical funds needed to end childhood hunger in Chicago and across America. This summer’s Taste of the Nation will also feature live entertainment and a silent auction presenting one-of-a-kind experiences and items. This year’s event will honor groundbreaking beverage luminaries Bridget Albert (Southern Wine and Spirits) and Goose Island Beer Co.’s John Hall in a celebration of Chicago’s contribution to the world of food and beverage. http://ce.strength.org/chicago
