Chicago Celebrities Dance For a Good Cause
10 Mar, 2014
It’s that time again for local Chicago celebrities and corporate 2 steppers to show off their moves for a great cause.
The Arthur Murray 9th Annual Dancing with Chicago Celebrities commenced at Hyatt Regency. This charitable event benefits Breast Cancer research so it was fitting that the ballroom was beautifully decorated with pink and white centerpieces and lighting.
The theme of the night was celebrating 100 years of cinema so the audience was able to tap their feet to music that ranged from Grease to Purple Rain. It was a magical and enthusiastic ball that encouraged everyone to cut a rug throughout the night.
The competition included Daniella Guzman of NBC 5, Kris Gutierrez of CBS 2, Cortney Hall of WGN TV, Ravi Baichwal of ABC 7, Reid Simpson, Former NHL Player, Dan Proft of WLS-AM Radio and Aly Bockler- You & Me This Morning on WCIU
The celebs gave rousing performances that I’m sure surprised even themselves! The friendly competition amongst tv personalities from each major station took the ratings war to the dance floor with WGN’s Cortney Hall taking home the big prize.
