Aroldis Chapman got eight outs for a pressure-packed save and the Chicago Cubs held off the Cleveland Indians 3-2 to force Game 6.
The World Series is headed back to Cleveland. Kris Bryant hit a solo home run to spark a three-run rally, Jon Lester turned in a solid six innings and Aroldis Chapman worked the final eight outs as the Cubs held on for the victory over the Indians in Game 5 on Sunday night at Wrigley Field to avoid elimination.
Chicago now trails the best-of-seven series, 3-2, with Game 6 on tap for Tuesday night at Progressive Field.
It was Chicago’s first World Series win at Wrigley Field since 1945.
